Restoration Rocks!

Restoration Plaza | SATURDAY OCT 10th

Marcy & Fulton in Brooklyn

12pm-6pm | FREE

Restoration has been a fixture in central Brooklyn and Bed-Stuy since 1969. It’s a place I have worked and visited to see/hear/create art.

It’s on the come back, like a good LL song or  Jay-Z album circa 2003. Come enjoy an amazing show and learn/re-learn what the Plaza has to offer

On Saturday, Bed-Stuy Alive!’s first day RESTORATION ROCKS is pulling out some serious talent:

Toshi Reagon
Blitz the Ambassador
and John Forte
with Jessie Boykins III and Tess putting in the work.
Hosted by Faro Z

It’s going to be a sick FREE show.

MOMA-Monet+More

Posted on 05 October 2009 by jnu

Took a visit last Friday to the Museum Of Modern Art on W. 53rd Street in NYC-

No matter what the contents of the place and NEW renovation, it is still NOT worth the $20 admission price.

This does not include the $3+tax bottled water.

It is best to go on FREE on Fridays after 6pm  (Thank you TARGET!)

Got inspired and snapped some pics of Monet, Basquiat and more….
