Later that night I met one of my musical heros Hank Shocklee
Producer of …every hot record I own, in particular one part of the Bomb Squad.

I produced my music the way i do because of him
I told him that besides that, I know he doesnt get much props on the Bell Biv Devoe album.
But that him, he arranged “Poison”, what more can I say?
It was an honor to meet him.
I can even forgive him for signing t, a group of white rappers who called themselves
Young Black Teenagers to his label…lol

Oh like the cover of the girl in the bikini coming out of the subway?
her name is Misella Popovic, I met her that night too.

It looks awfully heavy, but according to its specs, the mTune Cordless Stereo Headset for iPod nano ($49.99) weighs a mere 6.1oz. The forthcoming gizmo is not yet for sale, but will boast a special docking slot allowing it to fuse with the nano for cord-free listening. Currently, a shuffle version is available. Interesting, but at this price how will it sound?

So i was talking to my father about the types of medication he’s been taking…he told me years ago his doctor recommended Vioxx and Celebrex.
My father dodged the bullet, said at the time he didnt feel comfortable with the names and the side effects..years later..:

Merck & Co., Inc. announced a voluntary withdrawal of Vioxx (rofecoxib) from the U.S. and worldwide market due to safety concerns of an increased risk of cardiovascular events (including heart attack and stroke) in patients on Vioxx.

So now theres a huge vioxx lawsuit or I should say vioxx lawsuits
Kinda makes you wonder

It’s been more than a week of not posting, nothing serious like the
vioxx class action or a vioxx attorney, just been busy with work.
Speaking of ny lawyers,
I knew that when I heard that Mel Sachs was Lil’ Kim’s lawyer, he would work some magic and got her from facing a 10 year sentence to 366 days.

I met Mel under different circumstances involving champagne and a baby grand piano.
I later spoke to him on the phone a few times regarding a legal issue with a close friend.
Mel is the man!

I read the new BET reality show “Countdown to Lockdown” got the highest rating in the networks 25 years history.
The numbers are something close to 2 million households.
There are a little over 20 million black people in the country…you do the math.
Guess what? Tavis Smiley is on PBS and NPR along with Ed Gordon.

I personally haven’t watched the channel in about a year and definitely not their website after getting called to “revamp” it…thats another long story I won’t get into.

The television show follows her 14 days before she turns herself in to prison after admitting that she lied to a grand jury (PERJURY) in an investigation of a shooting outside New York’s Hot 97 radio station in 2001.

A friend is trying to get me interested in Boston Office Space and Buying Gold Bars, too much for one day..dude I’m still thinking about it.

When the money does come through the first thing I will hit is Arcade Legends
. I wanted a video game in my office/house ever since my old boss had a Galaga Arcade game in his office, that you had to put quarters in.

We also had Ms. Pacman and Spyhunter in our break room so that was a breakroom.
Those were the days…lol

I got so many “use to be single” friends taking the plunge and getting married.
If youre like me you” look into Cheap Wedding Favors..because..well…they’re cheap

Let me be the one to say that I had HIGH expectations for the show.
I’ve had the comic strip running daily on my site since the beginning.

The animation is excellent, but I think it is geared towards another audience OR assumes that you never read the comic strip.

The writing is horrible and I think the casting for the voices is wrong. It’s not even funny.
You have John Witherspoon, (the father in FRIDAY) doing the voice as the grandfather, doing jokes from his role in FRIDAY. 7 out of 10 times the cartoon isnt even funny.

But THIS episode “Return of the King” is a gem. See this final scence for yourself
